Shipping & returns
What shipping costs
Rates are calculated at checkout from your actual address and the size of the order — no guessing, no padded flat fee. A $2.00 materials charge is added to cover the mailer, tissue, and tape.
When it ships
Orders go out within two to three business days. Drop weeks run a little longer because everything ships at once — you'll get tracking by email as soon as the label is printed.
Where it ships
Anywhere in the United States. For anything international, write to the studio first and Ashley will quote it by hand.
If something isn't right
Write within 14 days of delivery and Ashley will make it right — refund, repair, or replacement, whichever fits. Because every piece is one of one, an exchange for the same bag usually isn't possible, but a refund always is.
Repairs
If a seam or zipper gives out down the road, send a photo. Ashley would rather fix a bag than see it retired, and repairs on her own work are free — you cover shipping.
